FYI: Building Inspector and Property Maintenance Inspections changes

Gerry Stoker, the City's Certified Building Inspector, has hours by appointment only.  This is for inspections or preliminary discussions on zoning or construction.  Please contact the city office (513-794-8860 or jkelly@deerpark-oh.gov ) & leave your contact information for him to get back to you.  Permit applications and construction drawings (3 sets) can be dropped off during regular office hours (M-F 8 am - 4:30 pm).   See our Bldg Dept page for more information on the permitting process.

 

We are now handling property maintenance code issues with in-house employees.  If you would like to report a potential code violation (for example: high grass, accumulation of junk & debris, dilapidated fence, etc), you may leave information with the City office.  513-794-8860 or <jpreston@deerpark-oh.gov>   Please know that issues of non compliance are required to follow a time line for compliance, so please have some patience for any potential resolution.
