THE TAX E-FILE SYSTEM WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE STARTING WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 3RD AT 12:00 NOON. WE WILL UPDATE WHEN IT IS AVAILABLE AGAIN.

The Deer Park School District is holding their annual canned/boxed food drive now until Dec 4th, 2023.  There is a collection barrel in the main lobby of the City Building (7777 Blue Ash Rd).    THANK YOU !!

LEAF PICK UP INFORMATION FOR DEER PARK RESIDENTS:

The City of Deer Park’s annual curbside leaf collection will begin the week of October 16, 2023, and end in mid-December of 2023.   PLEASE NOTE that the city’s weekly brush chipping will be suspended during the city’s curbside leaf collection.

Ohio voters will have a chance to vote on statewide ballot issues: Issue 1 and Issue 2. For any questions or clarification, please visit their website at:

This will show the offical ballot language, explanation, arguments for and against, and the full text of the statewide issues. Please note, early voting is only located at the Hamilton County Board of Elections.

Milling and resurfacing will begin on Monday 16th, 2023 on Maple, Brookline, and Summit. If the water main work is complete by mid next week, Hegner road will also be resurfaced.

Greater Cincinnati Water Works will be switching your water supply from the old outdated pipes and services over to the new watermain recently installed in the road. Prior to water service interruption, if you are in the affected area, you will receive the notice attached below.  PLEASE READ this for more information.

Water Shut Down

The Railroad has contraced with Vision Industrial to replace the crossing at Plainfield. This is scheduled for Tuesday October 10th, 7:00 AM: to Wednesday October 11th ending by 5:00 PM. Their goal is to re-do the crossing on Day 1 and do final asphalt work on Day 2. They are to provide signage, although we are not sure how much in the way of detour information they will provide. Please plan accordingly on these two days.

Due to the IT project in the City Hall, all general offices will close at 11:00 A.M on Friday October 13th, 2023
