Sports Leagues and Field Rentals

Effective 2/3/2025, policies and fees for sports leagues and field rentals are as follows for calendar year 2025:

Youth Sports  -  $2.00 per use
Adult Sports  -  $10.00 per game
Field Light Usage  -  $20.00 per hour

Required Documents--
1.  Sports League Application (Obtain at the City Office)
2.  Completed Game Schedule Chart (Obtain at the City Office)
3.  Certificate of Insurance (Provided by the Sports League).  Must name as additional insureds--City of Deer Park, Ohio, its elected and appointed officials, all employees and city volunteers, all boards, commissions and/or authorities and board/commission members, including employees and volunteers.  

Sports League Application, Game Schedule Chart, Certificate of Insurance and Fees must be provided to the City of Deer Park Administrative Assistant PRIOR to the first game date.  Once everything is provided to the City Office, your field use dates will be reserved by the City Office and you will be issued a Field Use/Park Permit.  The Permit MUST be onsite during every reserved date of use.

PLEASE NOTE - Field use is NOT permitted until the above documents and fees are received in our office.
