Rental Information & Forms
Francis R. Healy Community Center
The Francis R. Healy Community Center, located at 7640 Plainfield Rd, Deer Park, OH 45236, was built in 1971 with a donation from the Sycamore/Deer Park Jaycees. Along with WSAI Radio, the Jaycees put on the first commercial Haunted House in the United States. By the second year it was so popular, the Jaycees were able to donate money to build not only our Community Center but one for another community as well! Named after long time Mayor of Deer Park, Francis "Squeak" Healy, the Community Center is used by residents and organizations year-round.
Available for rental, the Community Center (remodeled in 2020) accommodates functions for up to 125 people with a full service kitchen and convenient parking. (Note: there are 10 round tables (5' diameter) & 10 rectangular tables (3' x 8') available.) The Park also has two covered shelters (with electric) that are also available for rental. (Maximum number of guests per outdoor park shelter = 100.)
