NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 (F)

     The Legislative and Finance Committee of the Deer Park City Council, City of Deer Park, Ohio shall hold a public hearing on the 17th day of APRIL 2023, at  six p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Deer Park Municipal Building, located at 7777 Blue Ash Rd, Deer Park, Ohio.        

This Public Hearing is to consider the following:

Proposed Text Code Amendments to the Deer Park Zoning Code:

A: MUB (Mixed Use Business District)

B: RNC (Residential Nursing Care District)

C: PUD (Planned Unit Development)

D: Yard/Lot Coverage

E: Landscaping

F: Sign Regulations

G: Conditional Use

A copy of this Notice shall be posted at the locations in the City of Deer Park, Ohio where ordinances are required to be posted; said posting to take place at least  30  days before the meeting.  In addition, at least twenty four hours advance notice shall be given to the news media that have requested notification.  Any person may, upon request and payment of a reasonable fee, obtain reasonable advance notification of all meetings at which any specific type of public business is to be discussed.  The agenda of the meeting

shall be mailed to all subscribers on a mailing list, or mailing notices in self-addressed stamped envelopes provided by the person.
