Joe is a seventeen year resident of the City of Deer Park and has been Ward 3 Council representative for the last two years.  Prior to that he served six years as Council At Large representative.   

Joe is currently the Chairman of the Legislative and Finance Committee and served as Chairman of the Safety Committee for six years.

After 38 years in the metal working industry, Joe has spent the last four years in automotive sales.

Joe is a member of the St. Saviour Parish, and a former Vice Chairman of Parish Council.  He is the father of four sons and the grandfather of three boys and one girl.
